McDonald sharing its inner story
Recently, we got a chance to visit McDonald's in Dubai (Al-Nahda) where they were providing an opportunity to their customers for a tour of their kitchen facility so customers can know how the food is being prepared for which they are going to pay
This tour covers the aspects starting from the supply chain process, ingredients selection, storage, cooking and serving protocols and especially the hygiene and customer obsession strategy.
They ensure that customer gets visibility of what they are paying for and value of their money, as per them, it provides a piece of mind to their customers
